Adnang Januzhai, once highly anticipated at Manchester United, has left for the Turkiye stage.
Sevilla said on the club website on the 3rd (Korean time), “Sevilla has agreed with Basaksehir to send Yanuzai on loan until the end of the season. He joined Sevilla last summer and goes to Basaksehir in a simple loan format. There is no option to transfer.”
Born in Belgium in 1995, Januzaj joined Manchester United’s youth academy at the young age of 16. From the 2013–14 season he began receiving opportunities in the first team. Under coach David Moyes, he showed potential by appearing in 27 English Premier League (EPL) matches, recording 4 goals and 4 assists. This earned him the nickname ‘The Second Giggs’. 바카라
However, his actions after that did not live up to expectations. Januzai, who failed to secure a starting position, went on loan to Dortmund and Sunderland, and eventually moved to Real Sociedad in 2017. Despite his frequent injuries, he was consistently one of the main players in Real Sociedad’s attack.
And Yanuzai took on a new challenge ahead of this season. After completing his contract with Real Sociedad, he moved to Sevilla as a free agent (FA). But in Sevilla, he seldom seized the opportunity. During Sevilla’s 19 matches in Spanish La Liga, he played just two matches. He was mostly on the bench.
In the end, I chose to rent. The destination is Basaksehir in the Turkiye League. Basaksehir is currently ranked third in the league behind Galatasaray and Fenerbahce. Although they are only 5 points behind second place Fenerbahce, they are aiming for a comeback, but they are only 8th in scoring with 32 points in 21 games, so they decided to recruit Yanuzai to strengthen their offensive power.
